Beard Transplantation

Beard is one of the important parts of the aesthetic appearance on the face for men. beard is like an accessory for the male face. In our society, the corner is a mockery and it negatively affects one’s self-confidence.

Healthy, thick hair that grows elsewhere in your body is removed and transplanted into the facial beard area, allowed to gather on the face and continue to grow like a normal follicle.

Hair often harvested from a hidden area on the patient’s head for consistency.

After the surgeon has removed the hair follicles from the donor area, s/he places them back into the skin of the beard area so that they can harvest and create new growth.

The removed follicles should be carefully placed at the natural angle of the hair, so it reflects the original hair growth pattern.

In an average hair transplant, you can get about 4,000 to 7,000 follicles grafted onto the beard.

Although, usually only about 2,500 follicles are needed for a full beard.

Sometimes, to mimic the thickness and fullness of normal beards, surgeons can use two hair grafts instead of individual ones.
